About Film Under the Stars, Ljubljana Castle
Film Under the Stars (Film pod zvezdami) is held in the courtyard of Ljubljana Castle by Kinodvor, the City of Ljubljana and Ljubljana Castle. It shows the best films of the past year and some highly anticipated premieres, in their original language with Slovenian subtitles; in 2026 it ran from 9 July to 1 August (visitljubljana.com). Closed for the winter; the 2027 season has not been announced yet.
