About Urban tourist train
The Urban, an electric tourist train, starts at the Town Hall on Stritarjeva ulica and makes a circuit of about 1 hour 15 minutes: up to Ljubljana Castle, along the Špica and Trnovo embankments past Plečnik House and the Roman wall, to Križanke, Congress Square, the Parliament and the Opera, then back via Miklošičeva and Prešeren Square. An audio guide plays in 15 languages, the carriages are heated in winter and open in summer, and the vehicle is adapted for passengers with reduced mobility. Your ticket lets you get off and back on the same day. Our advice: book online, as a seat is guaranteed only at the first stop.
