About Emonika
Emonika is transforming a former industrial site at the junction of Dunajska and Vilharjeva roads, next to Ljubljana’s railway and bus stations, into a mixed-use quarter of about 100,000 m². The plans bring together 187 apartments, the Emonika Tower with 35,500 m² of offices, about 80 shops and restaurants, and two hotels with around 380 rooms. It is owned and developed by Mendota Invest, part of Hungary’s OTP Group, which calls it the group’s largest investment in Slovenia.
