About Triple Bridge

The Triple Bridge (Tromostovje) began as a single stone bridge of 1842. Between 1929 and 1932 Jože Plečnik added two footbridges at angles on either side, with balustrades and lamps, turning a crossing into a stage. Everyone in Ljubljana passes over it.
