Koželj Wines, on Pogačarjev trg beside the cathedral and the Central Market, is a wine shop and tasting bar with Slovenian and international wines, a fine-wine selection, spirits and delicacies. The staff are happy to give you a quick introduction to the Slovenian wine regions. On Fridays in season, Open Kitchen fills the square outside. Our advice: a good place to buy a bottle to take home.
