About Brot Pekarna
Brot, on Poljanska cesta just east of the centre, bakes sourdough breads, white, wholewheat and Borodinsky with coriander seeds, with buckwheat bread on Fridays and Saturdays. Its croissants follow the classic French method with plenty of butter, rolled by hand, plain or filled with almond, walnut and raisin, vanilla cream, chocolate or jam, and there are sandwiches, quiche and vegan focaccia. Our advice: come early for the best of the croissants.
