Sputnik, on Tržaška cesta in Vič, is a suburban café with an interior all of its own and one of the most beautiful gardens of any café in Ljubljana. It serves drinks and cocktails, snacks, lunchtime menus and à la carte dishes, with a play area for children, and in the evenings hosts DJ nights and dancing. Our advice: combine it with a visit to the Broken Bones distillery just along the road.
