Bloom Hotel, until recently the Adora, has ten modern rooms in a renovated old townhouse on Rožna ulica, “Flower Street”, a small square at the foot of Castle Hill. The old-town streets, the river embankments and the funicular are a few steps away. It serves breakfast only, with drinks through the day, and reception is open around the clock. Our advice: a quiet, well-placed small hotel; ask about parking when you book.
