Lesar Hotel Angel is on Gornji trg, the quietest and prettiest of the three old-town squares, in an old building that mixes its traditional architecture with modern rooms. Its large private garden climbs the slope behind and has a lovely view over the city. Our advice: ideal if you want to be in the old town but away from the busiest streets.
