Most, “the bridge”, sits on Petkovškovo nabrežje by the Butchers’ Bridge. Its kitchen stays faithful to Slovenian cooking while drawing on the Mediterranean south-west, the Karst, Istria and the coast, with fish and meat dishes, beef soup, beef tongue with sautéed potatoes and štruklji filled with cottage cheese or walnuts and buckwheat.
