Vander is the restaurant of the Vander Urbani Resort on Krojaška ulica, by the river in the old town. The kitchen shops at the Central Market across the water and from farms around Ljubljana, and changes the menu with the seasons; there is a lunchtime menu from Monday to Saturday and à la carte in the evening, with a cellar of premium wines.
