Slovenia’s first department store

About Maxi department store

Maxi, the Maximarket on Republic Square, was Slovenia’s first all-round department store. Over three floors it sells cosmetics, shoes, clothing and accessories from well-known fashion designers, and it has several cafés and restaurants, including its famous cake shop. Our advice: pair it with Nama and the Congress Square shops for an afternoon in the centre.
