About Učilna okusov
Učilna okusov, the “classroom of flavours”, is on the market embankment by Plečnik’s colonnade. It sells local produce from Slovenia’s regions, pastries, dairy, meat products, juices and spirits, and serves traditional snacks with a glass of Slovenian wine, from crackling and smoked-trout spreads to Ljubljana cottage-cheese pancakes with tarragon and Carniolan sausage. Our advice: a tasty, inexpensive introduction to Slovenian food.
