Vžigalica, run by the Museum and Galleries of Ljubljana, shows contemporary fine art, audio-visual works and performances by international artists and young Slovenian ones, including artists in residence. It stands on Trg francoske revolucije, opposite Križanke and steps from the City Museum. It is closed on Mondays. Our advice: a quick, rewarding stop before a summer concert at Križanke.
