B-Restaurant and bar occupy the top floor of the InterContinental Ljubljana, with the castle and the old town on one side and the Alps on the other. The open kitchen cooks modern Mediterranean dishes with Slovenian wines, and the MICHELIN Guide Slovenia lists the restaurant. Lunch is served on weekdays and dinner every evening. Our advice: come before sunset and start with a drink on the terrace.
