Cojzla, at Šmartinska 152 in BTC City, cooks entirely without gluten, which makes it a rare find for anyone with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance. The menu runs from vegetable soups and chicken fingers to burgers, falafel and buckwheat pancakes, there is a long list of gluten-free desserts, and they bake their own bread. It opens Monday to Saturday in the daytime. Our advice: combine it with an afternoon’s shopping at BTC.
